Terms of service
Last updated November 1, 2026
Using Niru Code
These terms are between you and HiroLabz. By creating an account or using Niru Code, you agree to them. If you use Niru Code for an organization, you agree for it too.
Your account
Keep your sign-in methods safe and tell us if you think someone else used your account. You're responsible for what happens in it, including runs started from it.
Your code and content
Your code, prompts, docs and comments stay yours. You give us only the rights we need to store them, show them to the people you share them with, and run the service. Agents run on your computer with your accounts: review what they change before you merge it.
What you share
Comments, docs and shared pages are seen by your team, and share links by anyone who has them. Don't post or share:
- Content that is illegal, or that harasses, threatens or demeans someone.
- Sexual or violent content.
- Other people's private or confidential information without their permission.
- Spam, malware, or content that misleads people.
Reports and enforcement
Anyone can report content or a person from the app. We review reports within 24 hours, remove content that breaks these terms, and may suspend or close accounts that do so repeatedly. Organization owners and admins also see reports about their organization.
Third-party services
Niru Code works with GitHub, Linear, ClickUp and Claude Code through your own accounts there. Their terms apply to how you use them.
Ending
You can stop using Niru Code and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put the service or other people at risk.
No warranty
Niru Code is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, HiroLabz isn't liable for indirect losses, or for changes an agent makes that you merged.
